1. Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and customer-focused interactions.

4. Oversee the processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Beginner level experience in the luxury sector is preferred, though not mandatory.
