- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Educate clients on the brand's history and current product offerings.
- Maintain and expand an active client book to foster new and existing client relationships.
- Support team members in achieving collective store goals.
- Present oneself professionally and amicably to clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
- Enhance customer experience through continuous learning about company history, new products, and competitors.
- Operate the store's POS system efficiently.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the register.
- Process payments and returns of merchandise.
- Conduct inventory counts and comply with loss prevention policies.
- Uphold store merchandising standards and maintain store readiness and cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with an established client book being ideal.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
- Exceptional client relations and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales and client development.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury sales, with a focus on client development and relationship management.
