1. Achieve personal sales targets by leveraging exceptional client relations and product knowledge.
2. Educate clients on the brand's history and current product offerings.
3. Maintain and actively use a client book to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet store sales objectives.
5. Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Continuously build knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors to enhance customer experience.
8. Operate and understand the store's POS system, including opening and closing the register.
9. Process payments and returns of merchandise efficiently.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
12. Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent

1. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
3. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
4. Knowledge of fashion and design trends, with a passion for travel.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing existing and prospecting new clients. Ideal candidates should have an established client book.
