1. Enhance and maintain customer relationships through exceptional consultations.
2. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries.
3. Ensure high-quality processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong customer service orientation with an intuitive understanding of luxury.
2. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
