- Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics.
- Ensure high-quality processing of product repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- Strong customer focus and an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Passion for selling luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
