- Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and a customer-focused approach.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including consultations, sales, and minor repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the repair process, maintaining high-quality standards from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with additional language skills being advantageous.
- A passion for selling luxury products and providing exceptional client experiences.
- Strong customer service orientation with an intuitive sense for luxury.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage after-sales processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales techniques.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those with a background in the luxury sector.
