1. Enhance customer relationships through exceptional consultations and service.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales inquiries.
4. Ensure high-quality processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling luxury products.

1. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage CRM tools effectively.
3. Proficiency in handling after-sales services and repairs.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within the luxury sector.
