Rimowa Central Production & Procurement Planning Manager

- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, calculating ideal production capacities across three factories to meet finished goods requirements.
- Identify capacity gaps and collaborate with factories to explore adaptation scenarios during S&OP discussions.
- Oversee raw material S&OP, defining stock policies and consolidating supply needs for mid- to long-term horizons.
- Manage production planning, including monthly updates based on sales forecasts, stock targets, and procurement constraints.
- Coordinate procurement planning across factories, ensuring adherence to policies and addressing bottlenecks.
- Develop and manage production and procurement plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with distribution needs.
- Drive process improvements, including the implementation of new planning tools and optimization of existing processes.
- Manage and develop the central production and procurement planning team, fostering collaboration with factories.
- Master's degree in engineering or business, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Anaplan is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
- Innovative and agile mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, with a focus on supply chain management.
Master's degree in engineering or business.
