1. Manage, organize, and implement site security, including external security services, for the Cologne Ossendorf location.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy.
3. Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and perform threat and risk analyses.
4. Ensure compliance with legal regulations in collaboration with the occupational safety department.
5. Create, implement, and monitor security management, access management, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security technology systems.
6. Prepare security reports, documentation, and audits.
7. Ensure quality assurance of maintenance and servicing of security technology, complying with internal, legal, and regulatory requirements.
8. Control timelines, quality, and costs of subcontractor services.

1. Completed studies in Risk Engineering, Security Technology, Security and Safety Engineering, or a comparable qualification with practical experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in security or site protection, preferably in the industrial sector.

1. Excellent knowledge of technical guidelines, regulations, and standards related to security technology (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI, DIN 77200).
2. Strong expertise in video surveillance systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, or extinguishing systems.
3. Experience in crisis management and collaboration with authorities.
4. Proficiency in project planning and implementation.
5. Independent and efficient working style.
6. Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness with a structured and team-oriented approach.
7. Solution-oriented and practical mindset ('hands-on').
8. Assertiveness, high resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
9. Confident demeanor with service providers and subcontractors.
10. Proficient in MS Office and relevant security systems.
11. Fluent in German and proficient in English.

At least 5 years of experience in security or site protection, ideally within the industrial sector.

Bachelor's degree in Risk Engineering, Security Technology, Security and Safety Engineering, or a related field.
