1. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transport and warehousing activities.
2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security and safety standards, and company policies.
3. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
5. Lead and participate in improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
6. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially the IT department, to design and secure logistic processes.
8. Guide external partners to optimize logistic performance.
9. Support the implementation of ERP, WMS, and TMS flows.
10. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of LMS, WMS, and TMS.
11. Leverage data analytics and technology to drive process improvements and decision-making.
12. Identify and mitigate risks associated with transport and warehousing activities.
13. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
14. Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to ensure high performance and professional development.
15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

1. Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in logistics, transport, and warehousing management.
3. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

1. Strong understanding of logistics processes, industry regulations, and best practices.
2. Proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including integration with ERP systems.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and be actively involved in field operations.
7. Willingness to travel as needed to various warehouse and transport locations, approximately 10-15%.

Minimum 10 years

Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
