- Collect and analyze data from diverse sources including CRM systems, web analytics, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
- Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to understand and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Work with IT teams to prioritize and execute value-added tasks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Diploma in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the luxury retail industry is advantageous.
