1. Collect and analyze data from diverse sources including CRM systems, web analytics, and social media platforms.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
3. Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to understand and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
6. Work with IT teams to prioritize and execute value-added tasks.
7. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
9. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing procedures.
10. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization.
11. Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

1. Diploma in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Familiarity with the luxury retail industry is advantageous.
