1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering brand loyalty and ensuring each client embarks on a personal RIMOWA journey.
5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships using brand tools.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
