- Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations and support task delegation, cashiering, personal management, and inventory management.
- Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience, fostering brand loyalty and building long-term relationships.
- Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
- Embody the brand's values and collaborate effectively with colleagues to uplift team spirit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Strong people management skills with a focus on team growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with team members and clientele.
- Keen eye for visual details and a proactive approach to achieving team objectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector, with a focus on luxury brands.
