1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations and support task delegation, cashiering, personal management, and inventory management.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an outstanding client experience, fostering brand loyalty and building long-term relationships.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Embody the brand's values and collaborate effectively with colleagues to uplift team spirit.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
