Rimowa Assistant Store Manager

- Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations and support the store manager in task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory control.
- Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering brand loyalty among both new and returning customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging tools to enhance brand loyalty.
- Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
- Exhibit strong team collaboration, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team spirit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in retail operations and customer service.
- Keen eye for visual merchandising and detail.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
