1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations and support the store manager in task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory control.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering brand loyalty among both new and returning customers.
5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging tools to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
