1. Lead the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each customer embarks on a personalized RIMOWA journey.
5. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.
