1. Lead the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations and support the store manager in task delegation, cashiering, personnel, and inventory management.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an outstanding client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Embody team spirit, collaborate with colleagues, and enhance team morale.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
