1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations and support task delegation, cashiering, personal management, and inventory management.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an outstanding client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying the brand's values and uplifting team spirit.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sector.
2. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
