1. Lead the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth through the analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Embody team spirit, demonstrating diplomacy and collaboration while upholding RIMOWA's values.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably within luxury goods.
