Assistant Store Manager

1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Support efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory management.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Provide an outstanding client experience to both new and returning customers.
5. Build long-term relationships with clientele to foster brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and embody company values to enhance team spirit.

1. Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
