1. Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
5. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
6. Embody the brand values and collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team spirit.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
2. Fluent in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.
