Rimowa Assistant Store Director

1. Support the Store Director in achieving sales targets and implementing customer‑centric commercial initiatives for the SoHo flagship.
2. Drive exceptional clienteling through personalised service, CRM usage and VIP relationship management, including PR engagements.
3. Lead, coach and develop the sales team to sustain high performance, delivering regular feedback and structured training.
4. Ensure flawless in‑store operations: inventory control, visual merchandising standards, store presentation and administrative reporting.
5. Oversee post‑purchase client care processes including repairs, warranties and exchanges to protect client satisfaction and brand reputation.
6. Implement hospitality and hosting standards to guarantee a best‑in‑class luxury flagship experience for all guests.

1. University degree (bachelor’s) or equivalent in a related field.
2. Minimum seven years’ retail experience with progressive leadership responsibilities; luxury retail preferred.
3. Proven record of managing or deputising in a high‑traffic flagship or boutique environment.
4. Strong leadership and people‑development capability with demonstrated coaching and recruitment experience.
5. Proficiency with CRM tools and POS systems; comfortable with digital retail tools and reporting.
6. Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and decision‑making skills under pressure.
