1. Coordinate repair processes closely with manufacturers for softbag products.
2. Identify in-house repair capabilities and develop comprehensive guidelines.
3. Optimize and manage repair flows across the network.
4. Identify and manage spare parts requirements in collaboration with the supply planner.
5. Oversee repair performance and quality assurance.
6. Contribute to defining competitive repair pricing.
7. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance repair costs, lead times, and quality.
8. Support the Quality team with analytical insights based on repair data.
9. Participate in maintaining and updating the defect library.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering or Master's program with a focus on quality or production management.
2. Demonstrated interest in the luxury goods sector, with prior experience in textiles or leather goods preferred.

1. Strong analytical and information structuring abilities.
2. Effective communication skills for complex topics.
3. Proactive with a strong team spirit and positive attitude.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
5. Cross-functional collaboration skills with departments such as Design, Product Development, Purchasing, and Retail.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Pursuing an engineering degree or Master's with a specialization in quality or production management.
