1. Develop preliminary sketches to complete 3D renderings for various projects.
2. Calculate and analyze surface areas, research materials, and coordinate with suppliers.
3. Support environmental processes within the department.
4. Manage boutique photography and documentation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Architecture.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in project management is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Office 365.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong organizational, versatile, and interpersonal skills.
4. Dynamic and meticulous with a passion for architecture and spatial design.
