1. Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating procurement planning across all manufacturing facilities.
2. Ensure the execution of procurement plans by local teams and adherence to procurement policies, including stock coverage and supplier lead times.
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to define capacity requirements for key suppliers.
4. Coordinate with the Production Planning team to address supplier delays and ensure production targets are met.
5. Maintain data consistency within procurement tools.
6. Optimize and maintain KPIs in Power BI, focusing on metrics such as OTIF and stock valuation.
7. Develop a supplier capacity simulation tool for component S&OP.
8. Participate in projects to integrate new products into production and supply plans.
9. Map supplier and inter-plant flows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from an engineering or business school, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Practical mindset with agility and curiosity.
2. Proficient in data processing with strong numerical skills.
3. Rigorous analytical abilities.
4. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of DDMRP principles is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience.
