1. Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating procurement planning across all manufacturing facilities.
2. Ensure the local teams execute the procurement plan in compliance with established policies, including stock coverage and supplier lead times.
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to define capacity requirements for key suppliers.
4. Coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure plants meet production targets and address any supplier-related issues.
5. Maintain data integrity within the procurement systems.
6. Optimize and maintain KPIs using Power BI, focusing on metrics such as OTIF and stock valuation.
7. Develop a supplier capacity simulation tool for component S&OP.
8. Contribute to projects aimed at integrating new products into production and supply plans.
9. Map supplier and inter-plant logistics flows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a focus on Supply Chain preferred.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.

3. Excellent command of Excel; familiarity with DDMRP principles is beneficial.
4. Rigor and analytical skills.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.
