1. Support the Procurement Manager in coordinating procurement planning across all manufacturing facilities.
2. Ensure the execution of the procurement plan by local teams and adherence to procurement policies, including stock coverage and supplier lead times.
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to define capacity requirements for key suppliers.
4. Engage with the Production Planning team to facilitate the achievement of production goals and address supplier-related issues.
5. Maintain data consistency within procurement tools.
6. Optimize and maintain KPIs in Power BI, including OTIF, component availability, and stock valuation.
7. Develop a supplier capacity simulation tool for component S&OP.
8. Participate in projects to integrate new products into production and supply plans.
9. Map supplier and inter-plant flows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Practical mindset with agility and curiosity.
2. Proficiency in data processing and numerical analysis.
3. Strong analytical and rigorous approach.
4. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of DDMRP principles is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience.
