1. Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating procurement planning across all production facilities.
2. Ensure the execution of procurement plans by local teams and adherence to procurement policies, including stock coverage and supplier lead times.
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to define capacity requirements for key suppliers.
4. Liaise with the Production Planning team to address supplier delays and ensure production targets are met.
5. Maintain data consistency within procurement tools.
6. Optimize and maintain KPIs in Power BI, focusing on metrics such as OTIF and stock valuation.
7. Develop a supplier capacity simulation tool for component S&OP.
8. Contribute to projects optimizing the integration of new products into production and supply plans.
9. Map supplier and inter-plant logistics flows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a focus on Supply Chain preferred.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with DDMRP principles is a plus.
3. Practical mindset with agility and curiosity.
4. Rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for recent graduates or individuals at the beginning of their career.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
