1. Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating procurement planning across all manufacturing facilities.
2. Ensure the execution of procurement plans by local teams and adherence to procurement policies, including stock coverage and supplier lead times.
3. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to define capacity requirements for key suppliers.
4. Communicate with the Production Planning team to address supplier delays and ensure production targets are met.
5. Maintain data consistency within procurement tools.
6. Optimize and maintain KPIs in Power BI, including OTIF, component availability, and stock valuation.
7. Develop a supplier capacity simulation tool for component S&OP.
8. Participate in optimizing the integration of new products into production and supply plans.
9. Construct mapping of supplier and inter-plant flows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from an engineering or business school, or equivalent university qualification, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Practical mindset with agility and curiosity.
2. Proficiency in data processing and a strong numerical aptitude.
3. Rigor and analytical skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of DDMRP principles is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.
