Rimowa Assistant Global Media Planning Intern

- Assist in the planning and briefing of local teams and agencies for global campaigns to enhance RIMOWA's brand awareness.
- Support the review and approval of global and local media plans and activations.
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and local teams throughout the media planning process.
- Ensure all planning documents and trackers are current.
- Assist in preparing media campaign overviews for senior leadership.
- Maintain and update campaign timelines, ensuring stakeholder awareness of deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage the collection and organization of creative assets for campaign localization and adaptation.
- Brief creative agencies on campaign asset localization and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Support the creation and management of global campaign setup guidelines.
- Assist in the approval and validation of campaign previews and overall setup.
- Gather and consolidate campaign results for global post-campaign reports.
- Monitor competitors to share innovative approaches and best practices with the Global Marketing team.
- Manage photo reporting from local regions and PAN activations to archive all ad campaigns.
- Design, edit, and contribute to presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing Quarterly Business Reviews and coordinating daily meetings with partners, agencies, and regions.
- Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economy (BAC +4/5).
- Fluent in English, with additional languages such as Spanish or Korean considered a plus.
- Previous internship experience in online/offline media, either in an agency or company, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Affinity with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
- Passion for media and digital trends, with an affinity for the luxury, travel, art, fashion, and design industries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
No prior experience required, though previous internship experience in media is beneficial.
Master's student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Economy (BAC +4/5).
