1. Manage the NPS tool for tracking customer feedback and serve as the primary contact for regional teams, ensuring platform optimization and feedback categorization.
2. Prepare and distribute weekly reports analyzing customer feedback to identify weaknesses in customer journeys and generate actionable insights.
3. Participate in launching new channels and markets to enhance customer engagement.
4. Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and synthesizing regional feedback, and monitor the progress of identified projects.
5. Facilitate the sharing of best practices across Customer Service hubs and lead sessions to ensure market adoption.
6. Contribute to CX & Customer Service community sessions, proposing enhancements to the customer and sales experience.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
2. Fluency in French and English.
