1. Manage the NPS tool for tracking customer feedback and serve as the primary regional contact.
2. Prepare and analyze weekly reports on customer feedback to identify and address weaknesses in customer journeys.
3. Participate in launching new channels and countries to enhance customer experience.
4. Support continuous improvement projects by collecting and synthesizing regional feedback.
5. Monitor project roadmaps and ensure the deployment of actions.
6. Facilitate community engagement by establishing processes for tracking CX initiatives and sharing best practices.
7. Participate in CX and Customer Service community sessions to drive improvements.

1. Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
2. Fluency in French and English.
