Rimowa Assistant CRM & Training Coordinator

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on CRM performance, focusing on acquisition, clienteling, and loyalty.
- Monitor and support clienteling campaigns for product launches.
- Assist in the development and execution of client retention and loyalty programs.
- Develop CRM training materials and support boutique operational requests related to CRM.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to track retail and training KPIs, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
- Organize training activities, including participant lists, feedback evaluations, progress reports, and certifications.
- Support engagement with the mobile learning tool and create communications to motivate users.
- Contribute to the development of materials for new store openings and initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in learning methods and technologies to propose innovative training approaches.
- Enrollment in a business school with a focus on Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and French to communicate effectively within the EMEA region.
- Analytical skills with a strong aptitude for data interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to CRM or training environments.
Currently enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
