1. Lead and manage IT workplace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, facilities, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
5. Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program or Engineering school.
2. Technical understanding, goal-oriented, and autonomous.
3. Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.

1. Proficient in the operation and administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
2. Knowledgeable in LAN, WLAN, and security solutions.
3. Proficient in Office 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to express ideas in a synthetic and structured manner.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's Degree or enrollment in an Engineering school.
