- Lead and manage IT workplace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, facilities, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program or Engineering school.
- Technical understanding, goal-oriented, and autonomous.
- Good knowledge in the operation and administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Good knowledge in the area of LAN, WLAN, and security solutions.
- Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to express ideas in a synthetic and structured manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or enrolled in an Engineering school.
