1. Lead and manage IT workplace projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, facilities, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
5. Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program or Engineering school.
2. Technical understanding, goal-oriented, and autonomous.
3. Good knowledge in the operation and administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
4. Good knowledge in the area of LAN, WLAN, and security solutions.
5. Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Office 365 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Ability to express ideas in a synthetic and structured manner.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or enrolled in an Engineering school.
