1. Manage and reconcile outstanding accounts receivable.
2. Independently resolve payment discrepancies.
3. Ensure adherence to credit granting policies.
4. Maintain accounts and monitor customer payment behaviors, including bank accounting.
5. Execute collections and dunning processes, including monitoring customers in collection procedures.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

1. Completed commercial training, such as a tax clerk or office management clerk.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in accounting in an administrative or bookkeeping role.

1. Proficiency in financial accounting software, preferably SAP.
2. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
3. High degree of conscientiousness, reliability, and commitment.
4. Proactive, structured, and independent work style with strong analytical and communication skills.
5. Fluency in both German and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related administrative role.

Completed commercial training, such as a tax clerk or office management clerk.
