1. Accurate coding and booking of incoming invoices.
2. Review and posting of travel expenses.
3. Preparation and execution of payment runs.
4. Maintenance of vendor master data.
5. Reconciliation and clarification of accounts.
6. Handling inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
7. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Contributing to the improvement and automation of processes.

1. Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.

1. Proficiency in accounts payable management, including master data setup and account reconciliation.
2. Strong knowledge of relevant VAT regulations.
3. Independent and structured working style.
4. Hands-on mentality with a high level of commitment and flexibility.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
6. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
7. Fluent German and good English skills.

Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with experience in accounts payable management.

Completed commercial training or equivalent.
