1. Account coding and booking of incoming invoices.
2. Review and booking of travel expenses.
3. Preparation and execution of payment runs.
4. Maintenance of creditor master data.
5. Account clarification and reconciliation.
6. Handling incoming inquiries from creditors and internal departments.
7. Preparation and support in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Participation in the improvement and automation of processes.

1. Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.
2. Desirable experience in accounts payable management, from master data setup to item reconciliation.

1. Proficient knowledge of relevant VAT regulations.
2. Independent and structured working style.
3. Hands-on mentality.
4. Commitment and flexibility.
5. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
6. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior experience in accounts payable management is advantageous.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
