1. Process and record incoming invoices accurately.
2. Review and post travel expenses.
3. Prepare and execute payment runs.
4. Maintain and update vendor master data.
5. Reconcile and clarify accounts.
6. Address inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
7. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Contribute to the improvement and automation of processes.

1. Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.
2. Experience in accounts payable management is desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of relevant VAT regulations.
4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
6. Good command of English.

Completed commercial training or equivalent.
