1. Account and book incoming invoices.
2. Review and record travel expenses.
3. Prepare and execute payment runs.
4. Maintain creditor master data.
5. Reconcile and clarify accounts.
6. Handle inquiries from creditors and internal departments.
7. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
8. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

1. Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk.
2. Experience in accounts payable management is desirable.
3. Good knowledge of relevant VAT regulations.
4. Independent and structured working style.
5. Hands-on mentality.
6. Commitment and flexibility.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
2. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
3. Good command of English.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in accounts payable management.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
