- Diagnose and describe the condition of watches to be evaluated, identifying root causes of issues in line with client requests.
- Select appropriate services in accordance with brand policies, ensuring client satisfaction and proposing effective solutions.
- Identify necessary spare parts for repairs and perform movement repairs, including complex movements such as perpetual calendars and tourbillons.
- Develop and utilize tools or processes to address repair challenges, particularly when spare parts are limited.
- Conduct initial quality control to ensure functionality before transferring pieces to the Quality Control Department.
- Maintain workshop organization, adhering to RNA and brand specifications for tools, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained, keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Watchmaking diploma or certification required.
- High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills using available processes and tools.
- Capability to sit for extended periods and perform all watchmaking functions as required.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Computer skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 2-3 years of watchmaking experience is preferred, with experience in luxury brands considered a plus. The level of watchmaking expertise will be assessed based on years of experience and the ability to repair complex calibers.
Watchmaking diploma or certification.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
