Richemont Watch Technician

1. Conduct diagnostics on incoming customer watches from various Richemont brands and prepare cost estimates in SAP.
2. Independently ensure that the offered service meets customer expectations while considering brand-specific requirements and nuances.
3. Perform quick repairs autonomously and reliably.
4. Responsible for the repair of both mechanical and quartz watches.
5. Conduct visual and quality checks on luxury watches post-repair.

1. Completed vocational training with a passion for luxury watches.
2. Preferably some initial experience in diagnostics and cost estimation.
3. Solid experience as a watchmaker with comprehensive repair knowledge across various watch brands.
4. Ideally, initial experience with ERP systems such as SAP, coupled with strong PC skills.

2. Dexterity and a keen sense of aesthetics.
3. Strong customer and service orientation.
4. Reliability and enjoyment of teamwork.

Solid experience as a watchmaker, particularly in the repair of valuable branded watches.

Completed vocational training in watchmaking or a related field.
