Richemont Watch Repair Technician

- Maintain and organize the workshop in accordance with Richemont North America standards and brand specifications.
- Dismantle timepieces, ensuring all parts are correctly placed in repair boxes and transferred to the appropriate department.
- Disassemble and assemble watch movements according to brand specifications, including operating movement cleaning machines.
- Prepare watch cases for movement encasing, ensuring water resistance and quality control.
- Conduct movement testing, dial and hand installation, and perform initial quality control checks.
- Perform movement replacement, cleaning, adjustment, and encasing of clocks from various brands.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Encasing Technician Certification
- Experience with luxury brands is advantageous
- High level of dexterity and focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work
- Proficiency in using magnification equipment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer skills are advantageous

High School Diploma or GED
