1. Maintain and organize the workshop in accordance with Richemont North America standards and brand specifications.
2. Dismantle timepieces, ensuring all parts are correctly placed in repair boxes and transferred to the appropriate department.
3. Disassemble and assemble watch movements according to brand specifications, including operating movement cleaning machines.
4. Prepare watch cases for movement encasing, ensuring water resistance and quality control.
5. Conduct movement testing, dial and hand installation, and perform initial quality control checks.
6. Perform movement replacement, cleaning, adjustment, and encasing of clocks from various brands.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Encasing Technician Certification
3. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous
4. High level of dexterity and focus
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial
7. Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work
8. Proficiency in using magnification equipment
9. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
10. Good communication and listening skills
11. Basic computer skills are advantageous
