Richemont Watch Polisher

- Polish and clean all external components of watches, ensuring the restoration of cases, bracelets, and clasps.
- Conduct final functional and aesthetic inspections to guarantee the quality of interventions.
- Manage priorities based on provided guidelines.
- Ensure the quality of polished cases and report or share technical issues and solutions.
- Adhere to internal quality control procedures and respect Maison-specific tolerances for performance and water resistance.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including managing consumable supplies and recycling used materials.
- Respect safety regulations and actively contribute to personal and team safety.

- Communicate effectively with team members to find and share technical solutions or suggest improvements.
- Diploma in watchmaking with a specialization in polishing or equivalent experience in manufacturing or after-sales service as a polisher.
- Proficiency in polishing, satin finishing (brush and band), lapping, sandblasting, and using a laser to add material on luxury watches made of steel, gold, platinum, and titanium.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Fluency in French.
Experience in watchmaking, specifically in polishing or related roles within manufacturing or after-sales service.
Diploma in watchmaking with a specialization in polishing.
