1. Efficiently pick spare parts and finished products using manual methods or RF-gun, ensuring daily processing of deliveries for wholesalers, boutiques, and end-customers across Europe.
2. Verify and sort picked orders by reference and quantity, organizing them per client as necessary.
3. Receive and inspect new deliveries from suppliers, verifying parcel quality and quantity, and updating the ERP system (SAP) accordingly.
4. Address claims related to discrepancies in order fulfillment, maintaining accurate stock levels and communicating with the central team.
5. Create shipments in ERP and carrier software, preparing necessary shipping documents and ensuring compliance with export regulations, including ADR Awareness and CITES requirements.
6. Organize and maintain storage locations, creating new ones as needed, and participate in stock takes as per guidelines.
7. Process customer returns, verifying quality and purpose, and update the ERP system to reflect accurate stock levels.

1. MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP preferred.
3. Advanced proficiency in English, with Dutch language skills as an advantage.

4. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.

MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
