Richemont Warehouse Operator

- Execute the picking of spare parts and finished products using hand or RF-gun methods, ensuring daily processing of deliveries for wholesalers, boutiques, repair platforms, or end-customers.
- Verify picked orders for accuracy in reference and quantity, and sort orders per client as necessary.
- Receive and inspect new deliveries from suppliers, verifying parcel quality and quantity, and updating the ERP system accordingly.
- Address and communicate claims related to short packs, over packs, or incorrect references, ensuring stock levels are accurately maintained in the ERP system.
- Create shipments in the ERP system and carrier software, preparing necessary shipping documents and ensuring compliance with export regulations, including ADR Awareness and CITES requirements.
- Organize and maintain storage locations, participating in stock takes and ensuring efficient use of space.
- Process customer returns, verifying product quality and updating ERP system to reflect accurate stock levels.
- MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with Dutch language skills preferred.
- Strong customer focus and hands-on mentality.
- Accuracy and numerical proficiency.
- Ability to meet high demands with speed and flexibility.
- Team-oriented and adaptable.
Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with a focus on inventory management and order processing.
MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
