- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or educational role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
