1. Develop and maintain the vision for the traceability product.
2. Manage the product budget and roadmap.
3. Identify and analyze business use cases and needs in collaboration with Maisons and Group Function stakeholders.
4. Evaluate and prioritize product backlog based on business value and team capacity.
5. Ensure delivery of product solutions using Agile methodologies.
6. Organize and participate in agile ceremonies and sprint reviews.
7. Ensure functional conformity of delivered solutions with business rules and regulations.
8. Coordinate with cross-program dependencies and other product areas.
9. Continuously improve the product to meet business outcomes, tracking user feedback and adoption.
10. Support Group Data Transformation initiatives and leverage AI.
11. Collaborate closely with Group Technology colleagues and utilize Group Federated Platforms.
12. Contribute to the global Group Platform Product Transformation.

1. Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
2. 5-10 years of experience in product or project management within multinational or innovative environments, particularly in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

1. Excellent business acumen and strong customer orientation.
2. Proficiency in facilitation, change management, and cross-business problem-solving.
3. Expertise in collaborative solutions for product management and Agile methodologies.
4. Experience in implementing Product Owner techniques such as customer journeys and personas.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
6. Influential communication skills and active listening.
7. Proficiency in English.

5-10 years of experience in product or project management within multinational or innovative environments, particularly in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
