- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and share labor market intelligence.
- Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors.
- Provide hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
- Communicate labor market trends and recommend innovative recruitment initiatives.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings.
- Manage external vendor contracts and engage external vendors for key searches.
- Create digital job ads for social media and coordinate local job fairs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and present to senior leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels.
- Experience managing a high requisition count, preferably in high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to work across time zones and maintain flexibility.
- Digitally savvy with proficiency in ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury retail and its heritage.
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple searches simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Empathy and adaptability in challenging circumstances.
- Influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels, with a focus on high-volume recruitment of sales associates.
Expected hourly rate: $45-$55, based on relevant skills and experience.
