1. Collaborate with business leaders to assess organizational development needs and create action plans.
2. Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to ensure training programs meet team needs.
3. Support HR Directors in performance management and employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
4. Contribute to workplace investigations, providing research and documentation.
5. Assist in full lifecycle recruitment activities, maintaining alignment with the Talent team.
6. Support managers in the My Performance Journey process, ensuring completion of action items.
7. Maintain knowledge of and support employees with company benefits programs.
8. Update HRIS and maintain employee-related files, generating reports as needed.

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
3. General knowledge of U.S. employment law.
4. Retail industry experience preferred.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for building employee relationships.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. High degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.

2 to 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the retail industry.

College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.

Expected hourly rate: $30-$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
