- Collaborate with business leaders to assess organizational development needs and create action plans.
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to ensure training programs meet team needs.
- Support HR Directors in performance management and employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Contribute to workplace investigations, providing research and documentation.
- Assist in full lifecycle recruitment activities, maintaining alignment with the Talent team.
- Support managers in the My Performance Journey process, ensuring completion of action items.
- Maintain knowledge of and support employees with company benefits programs.
- Update HRIS and maintain employee-related files, generating reports as needed.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- General knowledge of U.S. employment law.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building employee relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.
2 to 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the retail industry.
College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Expected hourly rate: $30-$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
