Richemont Technology Project Manager

- Supervise the team responsible for the global order management tool for Customer Relation Centres.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and follow Solution Architect guidelines to identify technical components and define the project roadmap.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and increase user satisfaction.
- Manage team effectiveness to adapt to application evolution and overcome technical challenges.
- Establish leadership as a team lead by setting clear roles and objectives for team members.
- Develop technical and soft skills of team members in line with personal and product needs.
- Define and track team capacity needs in alignment with the Product Area Manager.
- Coordinate project phases from initialization to stabilization post-delivery.
- Work with the Product Area Manager to establish contracts with external suppliers within budget.
- Drive and control contractors and ensure supplier billing accuracy.
- Embrace a continuous learning approach and proactively resolve team-related risks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Project Management.
- Proven technical project management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
- Hands-on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, OMS, and CRM.
- Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and exposure to Chinese market specifics.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology and experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in technology project management, with proven experience in leading teams and managing technical projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
