Richemont Technology Project Manager

1. Supervise the team responsible for the global order management tool for Customer Relation Centres.
2. Collaborate with the Product Owner and follow Solution Architect guidelines to identify technical components and define the project roadmap.
3. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and increase user satisfaction.
4. Manage team effectiveness to adapt to application evolution and overcome technical challenges.
5. Establish leadership as a team lead by setting clear roles and objectives for team members.
6. Develop technical and soft skills of team members in line with personal and product needs.
7. Define and track team capacity needs in alignment with the Product Area Manager.
8. Coordinate project phases from initialization to stabilization post-delivery.
9. Work with the Product Area Manager to establish contracts with external suppliers within budget.
10. Drive and control contractors and ensure supplier billing accuracy.
11. Embrace a continuous learning approach and proactively resolve team-related risks.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Project Management.
3. Proven technical project management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

1. Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
2. Hands-on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, OMS, and CRM.
3. Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and exposure to Chinese market specifics.
4. Strong knowledge of agile methodology and experience with Confluence and Jira.
5. Excellent proficiency in English.
6. Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in technology project management, with proven experience in leading teams and managing technical projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
