1. Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risks analysis, and best practices identification to facilitate the implementation of category strategies.
2. Assist in managing the preferred suppliers list and propose value creation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Contribute to enhancing category performance reporting.
4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and advise them on sourcing strategies.
5. Actively contribute to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies.
6. Negotiate the best conditions in terms of total cost of ownership, including pricing, terms and conditions, and service level agreements.
7. Provide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, as well as contract renewals.
8. Ensure compliance with negotiated terms.

1. Fluency in both English and French.
2. Availability for a 6-month internship starting March 2026.
3. Possession of an internship agreement with a school or university.
4. Enrollment in the fourth or ideally fifth year of a master’s degree majoring in Procurement.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in procurement and technology is essential.

Currently pursuing a master's degree in Procurement, ideally in the fourth or fifth year.
